Launched nationally in October 2002 after 5 years of schools work in Westminster, this pack has received an enthusiastic response from schools and other agencies across the U.K.

A supporting video / DVD was produced in 2003, to assist teachers and other professionals to use the schools pack

A wide range of activities for young people of all ages are linked to national curriculum requirements.

These materials are recommended in the NUT (National Union of Teachers) domestic violence guidelines and Home Office developing domestic violence strategies.

WDVF received an Award of Distinction (2003) for this project, in recognition of the outstanding and innovative work to further the aims of the London Domestic Violence Strategy, and to make London a safer place.
